I am getting my wisdom teeth pulled tomorrow morning! All 4 are coming out. I am a little nervous because I have never in my life had anything done to me surgically, and this will be the first time I am going under. I hope it's cool and not too painful. I've heard the pain meds are awesome. Some family members/friends have told me they are coming to hang out just to tap into my pain pills...that's ok...as long as there is enough left to take care of my real pain.
I am looking forward to not having to work tomorrow. It's sad when you'd rather have teeth yanked from your gums than go into work. Well...such is life.
Does anyone know why they are called wisdom teeth? Will I suddenly gain some wisdom when the teeth are gone or does the wisdom go when the teeth go?
